More About Luke Shaver

Luke Shaver holds a Bachelors of Arts in Piano Performance from Appalachian State University. Luke is an ATI certified Alexander Technique Teacher. He is a performer and teacher of the Charlotte area.

He is formerly faculty and accompanist at Montreat University and at Mars Hill University. He has been teaching, freelancing, accompanying, and directing musical worship for many year and maintains a modest private studio and currently serves as the director of musical ministry at New Hope Presbyterian, Gastonia.

While enjoying orchestral as well as chamber ensemble endeavors, Luke’s passion is rooted in vocal accompaniment and solo piano. He loves to play for crowds of all sizes and enjoys curating a sophisticated mood through music.
